Going through withdrawals!!
So I’m 4 days in. My mental health is completely all over the place.
I’m craving a smoke right now!! But I don’t want to stuff up the hard work I’ve done so far.
Would someone be able to give me some advice on dealing with the withdrawals for someone whom suffers from mental health illnesses?
I’m worried I’m going to relapsed and I want to prevent that as much as I can!!
Thank you for taking the time to hear my story.
Be kind. Be humble. Be beautiful!!
Thank you so much for your comment I will definitely take the suggestions on bored it means a lot.

I'll be joining you in quitting tomorrow and have found in the past exercise has boosted my mental health and helped with cravings (this isn't my first attempt to quit but every attempt is one closer the one that actually works so for me hopefully this will be it). Good luck and hang in there!

During my quit I snacked on healthy veggies like carrots, etc. Sunflower seeds helped a lot too as well as chewing gum. Eating sunflower seeds dulls cravings and brings hand to mouth motion that all ex smokers miss so much in early stages of quit. Good luck and believe in yourself, you can do it. Practice NOPE - not one puff ever.
