How you going? Still smoke.free?

I sure am. I have had a challenging 24hours which seen me go for my old first reaction being I need a cigarette however my partner strongly encouraged me not to. I am so grateful I'm not as stubborn as I once was and took his comment on board it halted me from picking up that first cigarette. I'm certain I wouldn't of been able to recover so quickly from another slip. It was so good to read of your 3months smoke free it feels more attainable to me 😊 I'm going to keep behind you 🙏👯

Same here my partner is a non smoker. Once was a smoker but give up 2 years ago now and he is great encourgement for me not to smoke.

Plus I did have a health scare so that's enough not to smoke also.

Keep up the good work. It's worth it and save lots of money

I was walking down the street yesterday back d a man who was smoking and I found myself moving out of his path way just so I wouldn't smell the smoke. That's a turning point for me because I didn't mind the smell of ciggerate but now I am starting to find it a little disgusting 🤢🤢
