Quitting The Addiction 101

It is 101 days already since my last cigarette. Where does the time go?
I have seen many succeed on this journey to freedom and restored health. Congrats to those who made it, and Kudos to those who are still trying or back after making multiple attempts. Your efforts will be rewarded. Every time you miss that brass ring, you have learned, and knowing where you went off course enables you to chart a new route.
I have invited many people who i think (have not heard from at all )have quit trying to quit smoking. Please don't ever give up on yourselves. I wrote "If You've Given Up Givin Up, Try This!" for them in mind. I do hope some are giving it a shot. I wish that I could have tested it for myself , but i truly believe it would work. I am looking forward to getting some feedback on it as well as my other post regarding natural herbs to reduce cravings. I can't believe that no one has tried them. I only recently became aware of CBD (?) medicinal properties of the hemp plant and/or marijuana (no THC) This could alleviate some stress, anxiety, sleeping troubles and cravings. I know this is available in Canada and the USA. It is thought to adhere to the nicotine receptors much like Champix and take the pleasure out of smoking to aid in quitting.l
I am hoping some will take the time to respond to my questions here.
Anyone who has the resolve to quit smoking, will. The want to, more than the need to. The willingness more than the attempting to. The mind is a very powerful thing. It controls the outcome. Train your mind to positivity, and it will help you to achieve this very doable quest for freedom.

Congrats Happiness, what a great achievement. Mark Twain said “quitting is easy... I quit hundreds of times” or something similar to that. Quitting smoking is really hard no matter what anyone says and the fact that you are celebrating 101 days of freedom is just terrific.

Congrats Happiness 101 days is a fantastic achievement, you should feel really proud. It is awesome to be free😊

yes it is great to be free. I cannot express the joy nor exhilaration to have a choice. We fought for a freedom for women's libertion, a freedom to vote for mankind, yet we give up our freedom for the sake of a puff that essentially keeps us addicts for another 3 days. Those 3 days can change history and our lives and generations to come if you dare to think obout it..... Yes , we have been empowered. if you choose it. I have.
