Welcome sneaky, Red is right you have made the first step by joining up. I also agree it really is a mind over matter thing as for most people it is undoing or retraining yourself of a habit that you think you like. We all thought we liked it, but in fact we were just mice stuck on a wheel feeding an addiction. You can read lots of people's stories on here, which will show you it really is achievable and there are different styles of getting to that end goal. Different styles work for different people and you just need to choose what will work for you. You can do this😊 I personally have been quit for almost 8 months and I quit using gum and then lozenges for approx 12 weeks
