schedule 8 Aug 2018

My condolences Berend, Most people are back to their addiction even after one puff. I know because it happened to me in the past. If you have a smoke you will have to deal with two problems instead of one, that is dealing with your loss and a newly reacquired addiction. Chew gum, drink fluids, walk, whatever will get you over the hump. Stay strong and take care.

schedule 9 Sep 2018

Stay strong Berend, remember why you decided to quit remember all your achievements over the last year, it’s really really hard at the moment with the loss of your Dad but having a ciggie is not going to fix anything, all it will do is make you feel disappointment in yourself..... don’t do it use what ever gave you the strength in the beginning to keep yourself on track.... good luck, keep strong and message anytime if you need to just vent or just need a understanding ear.
