I don't have a hint or tip, I'm just starting to get my head in the right place to make astart, I've tried numerous times before and I just don't want to fail again

"You MUST Quit Now!

Lia has reminded me how important it is to have the "head" in the right place!

To Quit, I needed to believe in my conviction. No matter the feeling's...No matter the craving,s....No matter what it takes!

I dont want you to fall again.

I don’t believe any of your quits were failures . They were all learning experiences that you can draw from for this quit . You never gave up , that’s persistence and strength right there so now let’s work on not giving in . I am also glad you are here , welcome to the group .

Take time to read our many success stories and draw confidence from them, i never thought that i could quit after 40 years but i am breathng much easier now 5 yeas later. We all start out the same. some give up, but many go on to give up smoking. You can change how you see smoking and be a happy non-smoker too. It truly is the mindset that makes the difference.

How are you today? Have you gotten a plan for your Quit? Or do you even need a plan? After all, once we have smoked our last one - that is it - your last ever!

Sure, there can be some challenging moment's in the beginning. Nothing worthwhile comes easy everytime, either does it?
