Two Weeks

Day 14 & feeling good now compared to week 1.

Spent day off work resting & washing clothes to get rid of smoke smell.

physical craves have gone & only the habit memories to heal..

Knowing that I'm a non smoker is key for my success in future of NOPE.

Also not consuming alcohol is a strategy that is working very well & plenty of sleep..

Feel alot happier now as a non smoker.

The relief from being a prisoner released from the addiction of addiction really is a brighter future.

All this effort is the best decision ever.

Will Post again at next milestone.
