Determination

I quit last year for a month and felt great. The reason I started again was due to family situations. This time I’m determined to quit. I have called the quit line, starting to use patches and cut down. I want to be healthy and free.

The reason you started again was because you allowed the subconscious talk you into giving in. The little nicotine demons giving you every reason why you should rather than your super power telling you not.. Don't give in, your stronger than this

If you expect to give-in?
Could it be an excuse?
Be tough on the addiction.
Crack it wide open and never allow any reason to smoke.
