Quitting not substituting

I have tried too quit multiple times before with no success either trying too cut down too a small amount or substitute for patches or gum but I was never fully ready often falling back into old habits like getting too drunk and starting up again or having a super stressful day and giving in and I think this time I was just ready and decided too do it cold turkey and it’s caused me lots of anxiety and stress even mouth ulcers but I’m feeling better already and I think I can really do it this time

MattCooper98 best way is doing it cold turkey because your training your brain to do without. After 2 weeks your brain starts to get use to the non smoking and it starts to leave you alone. make pretend smokes with paper and this will also help. When the crave comes, just shout out NO and this also helps. I smoked for 50 years and at the age of 64 is when I said enough was enough and its been over 4 years now and I am so glad I beat this evil habit. Matty just do it and prove your a better person now. Stick to your plan and never debate it!

With cold turkey it gets easier as time goes by.

Sure there are moments of stress and high anxiety,.

But hey, thats life,.

If you smoke, well, then you have just created more problem's, many times over
