Hi all, day 1 and decided this time to go cold Turkey and save the nico spray for emergencies, I'm in the right head space so go me lol
NRT stands for nicotine replacement thereapy, so there is nicotine in the product. While I commend you for trying the cold turkey approach, I would hate to see you turn to an NRT in a weeks time and inject your body with it once again after being free of it in about 72 hours.
Nicotine withdrawal is barely perceptible says Allan Carr. It is the habit we miss and the thinking that life won't be the same without smoking. Actually that is right, for being free of the addiction gives us more control of our lives. We are no longer having to feed the nicotine demon on demand. That is the only pleasure we get out of smoking, relieving the "cravings".
We quit and you can too. I just wanted to clarify any use of nicotine while going cold turkey. Most important is how you change your thinking. Read, learn and choose freedom.
