Day 4 off the smokes .. doing better than I though I would .. hope it does not sneak up on me later on! Am using patches this time around seems to be the best approach for me so far.. doing it for my boys and me!

Keep up the great attitude and positive thinking Mandy. Just make up your mind that you and the boys are worth it. All that money up in smoke can provide much nicer things for you all. Give your selves rewards, see the smiles and that should see your determination grow and you will succeed.
