Tomorrow is my planned quit day. Today I have spring cleaned my bedroom. Clean sheets and clean pillows. Tonight after showering and washing my hair I look forward to jumping into a smoke free bed. Hopefully this time I CAN QUIT FOR GOOD.

hi to you in Sydney. Red-67 says what he means and has really helped me through a similar stage to what your going through. It really is a stage that is difficult and the majority of EX-SMOKERS endure.
