Just Starting .you journey, wish me luck!

schedule 18 Aug 2020

Welcome and please read our stories and posts for ideas and encouragement. Each quit is different. I had it very easy while others have difficulties. I encourage reading Allan Carr and understanding why we smoked so that we might see our way more clearly to quitting. Once knowing it is an addiction and knowing that it is very possible to break free of it even after decades, makes it easier. The mindset of knowing you are giving up noting and gaining so many benefits is inspiring. You have found your reasons to finally motivate you into taking the first step. WANTING to quit and be free is priceless.

Hi there, I have had so much support from this iCanQuit community, but reading Allen Cars best selling book flicked my switch. I highly recommend it.

Also spent more than half of my life on the Mid North Coast of N.S.W and cheering for you.

Hoping you get through the first few days. I think they can be the worst!?
