Hi, welcome, my first day quitting today. I has been easier than I expected but I know I struggle on the 4/5 day. Good luck! My husband has quit at the same time.
Hi Case. Hope you and your wife can do this together. One non quitter can unknowingly sabotage another's effort to do so. As each cigarette costs well over $1, if both of yo smoke 10 each a day, that's $20 a day. Over 365 days that is in excess of $7300. That is one serious bonfire. Am sure a family of 5 can put that money to a better use.And pretty sure it is even more than that. Wish you well.
You have four wonderful reasons to top your list of reasons why to quit smoking. You know that you can. When I quit, my husband also got the incentive. I was so proud when my daughter also joined us. Life is good without the cigarettes, and the future brighter. Congrats!
