I have been 31 days quit, its been a struggle with stress and anxiety but i am handiling it.

Since i been quit i no longer suffee pain and numbness no dr could figure out, i gained weight (49 to 55kg) and generally look well. I quit cold turkey.. I also been rewarding myself with the money i would spend on smokes on myself like new camera gear etc. My 6yr old is so proud, my strength and my supporter.

This is a really beautiful thing. I hope I'm strong enough to make it 31 days like you did. Well done friend.

Will power is the ultimate test to quitting, find something that drives you to quit...mine is seeing the tears in my sons eyes when he asked me to quit. Can be anything that truly drives you

Well done Sezzie. 31 days is awesome! There is always some form of stress or anxiety. Having a smoke won't stop it or change it. Stay strong. You've got this!

Well done, 31 days, hoping I will share when I'm smoke free that many days.
