Hi all
Well today is my birthday and for the first time since i was 14(iam 42) i have been able to celebrate it being a non smoker and nicotine free.
Also tomorrow is another mile stone for me which i wasnt sure i would make but it will be 5weeks (35days)that i have been on my quit journey woop wooop 😊
Happy Birthday Trying and I'm excited for you too. Look at you go, you are all over this, stay strong and focused, you are doing amazing. It's a great feeling to kick that addiction and to choose to be free. Nothing but fresh air, lovely smells and more money to look forward too. I feel like I've been given a pay rise. I just booked a holiday yesterday for jan 2021 at a resort for hubby and i and our youngest child. I know theres just no going back for me now, i wake up evrry day planning what i can do to eg; gym visits, cooking up a storm or shopping trips. Theres just no holding me back now. Im super proud of you Trying😊

it is wonderful to hear stories os success and i can feel the pride that you have restored in youself. qUITTING SMOKING IS NOT QUITTING LIFE BUT being able to enhance the one we know on a different level.we get so much more back than we think by quitting.
