https://www.ctvnews.ca/app and enter "vaping" in the search bar. We would think anything would be better than smoking but is it? Anyone can quit smoking. I implore you to do it right. Today there was also a 7th death in the United States linked to vaping. I almost went that route before joining a forum and started to believe that i really could quit the habit/addiction. If I did after over 40 years so can you.
Hi Happiness. There's a lot of negative press about vaping lately I expect its because more research is being done. India has banned e cigarettes and imposed a 3 year goal sentence as a penalty. A few weeks into my quit I was tempted to try them but it was the nico monster having an attempt to hook me in again and why take up deadly vaping when I'd just stopped deadly smoking. Vaping hasn't killed as many as smoking has but every life is precious.
When I used to smoke I also tried vaping but vaping didn’t feel organic or natural to me. I am really glad smoking chapter of my life is over.
I have a friend who smokes and he is blind (smoking has nothing to do with his blindness). We went to an outdoor concert a couple of weeks ago at intermission he asked me to take him to a smoking area). I did. While he was smoking he offered one to me. I reminded him that I quit 2.5 years ago and practice NOPE (not one puff ever) because if I take one puff I’ll be hooked again. He said that he understood and proceeded to tell me that he smokes purely for pleasure and that he can stop at any moment and have no cravings whatsoever. I don’t think so because he always smokes. Ignorance is bliss.
I did have a go back in 2012 but relapsed, but 2 years ago I gave up for good with another round of champix but I’m smoke free since then, thanks for the good wishes
