I have been bluffing myself for so long, been false in saying what a free spirit I am, and how much freedom means to me. But I have not been free. I have been a slave! A slave to addiction! When that addiction says I want..I want!...the slave would drive to a servo at 3am or any hour of the day or night to buy some cigarettes. That is not who I am, that is not who I want to be. I want to be truly free!

schedule 8 Mar 2019

Well if your'e gonna lose your freedom, do it for someone that loves you, not for cigarettes to puff up in smoke that never did anything for you. Freedom is just another word for independent and capable of making your own decisions. Nicotine was a trap we fell into, with no choice. Who would ever think that we could get addicted to something we all first gagged on. Such is the nature of the beast who stole our lives for many years. It is time we stepped up to the plate and took back control of our lives.

You lose nothing by giving up smoking and gain a world of wealth. Congrats and best to you on your journeys.

schedule 9 Mar 2019

The common belief is if we can stay off the smokes for 3 days straight, the addiction to nicotine gets less because they reckon the drug can leave the body in about 72hours..........

To truly be free from the addiction that have enslaved us, requires us to first acknowledge that we are not powerless to win the battles in our life. Nicotine addiction have a way of convincing the junkie in us that we are incapable of making pass the first hour much less the first day without our fix. Walking away from this addiction is a battle unlike any you will ever face, however if you embrace the winner in you victory will be yours.
