The first step is to decide which im sure everyone does pretty often.

The second step which needs more willpower is to carve a date and see yourself not smoking beyond that.

Im on the second step of the journey and want to make this the last attempt and succeed.

Its actually not that big a deal since ive quit before for days/weeks straight - cold turkey and still been ok.

The third step is the resolve to stay quit! This to me is a bigger achievement which is where i really wanna focus this time and also help myself in other aspects of my personal life!

Hello GV. I figure there really isn't much point in going through this process to quit unless you intend to stay that way. I also did cold turkey after 43 years. I wanted to quit, made up my mind to do it and had a very easy time of it. You have done this before, so it should not be that difficult for you, as you know what to expect and that cravings are not nearly what we were led to believe. Set you date and start this wonderful journey for the last time. You will be so glad you did.

Anyone can quit smoking. Stay focused. Stay positive!
