Day 2 in. Thinking about smoking constantly. Not necessarily that I want a smoke, however I certainly don’t want to be tempted. It’s just on my mind. Also I feel like the nicotine is coming out of my pores, feeling a bit dizzy and a bit short of breath during cravings. I did forget about it when busy at work and when exercising today. Can anyone advise on when the hardest days were over for them? I’m hoping this time next week will be better 😐👍

Hi Loriwillquit, the 3, 8th and 9th days were tough for me. Drink water, chew gum but don’t succumb into the game your brain will play with you, like one puff will not harm me. After 1 month it was much easier for me. Good luck and stay strong
