NSW Quitline is a free and confidential information and counselling service. Our Quit counsellors come from a wide variety of backgrounds and have experience in supporting people to quit smoking and vaping.

If you’d prefer to be called on a specific time and date, make a booking using our request a call form. You can receive calls from a Quitline counsellor at a time that is convenient to you throughout your quit attempt.

For all other languages other than English, a free telephone interpreter can be arranged immediately - just tell us what language you need!
Call costs
Calls from Quitline to you via our call service are free (no call charges apply). Calls you make to Quitline cost the same as a standard call from a mobile phone or local call from a landline.
