Just checking back in.
Im onto day 17 and going great, being a non smoker at work is great especially as it has been raining and cold outside on my night shifts!
The thoughts of wanting one are getting less but do reappear occassionally. I have avoided social situations so far as have read that it recommended to for the first two weeks.
Its extra chewing gum, butter menthols and chocolate! I am going to need to detox from them shortly, i have put on about 1.5kgs since quitting which is a lot so now i need a new focus on fitness!
I initially had a burst of energy when first quitting but shift work has quickly squashed any extra energy or motivation to move!!
You have all been such an encouragement and inspiration and although i dont comment much i certainly login and follow everones journeys!
