For 21 days now I've been smoke free:-)

It's not been easy, there's been temptations everywhere, there may have even been a tantrum or 3! But I've gotten this far, I can keep going. I wouldn't have made it though without the help of the QuitLine, a quit smoking coach to check in with the each week or as needed & the nicotine replacement therapy patches n oral sprays. My initial fears of depression have gone away as I better understand the withdrawal effects on my mood.

21 days is a huge achievement for me and I was proud to announce it to the world on social media sites. I also made a commitment to never smoke again on those sites for my friends to see & they've been very encouraging too.

21 days smoke free, the rest of my life to stay smoke free :)
