6 months on

Posted in Staying quit 26 Mar 2016

Today, 26th March 2016 marks the No Smoking for me for 6 months,

26th September 2015 was the 1st day of my journey of no smoking who would of thought that I would of succeeded to this point, least of all me.

Going from 60+ a day to 0 doing it cold turkey has been a great achievement

and also smoking for 45ish years,

My nest egg of $120.00 every Monday has built a nice reward for when I

decided to spend it.

My journey like everyone who tries and succeeds to break this habit has been a rollercoaster, some days are easier than others, but have found it easier once I

found this page, have had great support, and I hope I have given

encouragement to other's on the no smoking journey aswell.

All I can say now is bring on the next 6 months with its trials n tribulations, just as long as the Nicotine Demon knows I want to be a winner.

My best wishes to all in the group, what ever your journey is,

Stay focused on your goal.
