Hello everyone, I m still here and moving forward. It will be 180 days smoke free on January 30. I notice more energy now. I am able to get up in the mornings have my 2 cups of coffee meditation/prayer and then I get dressed and go out for a 15-20 minute walk. Keep thinking positively that you can do this. Just stay focused on doing good. Keep busy focus on health, instead of buying cigarettes invest in yourself such as healthy supplements that increase energy and focus.
