Ok I don't know how to explain it but its not like I'm struggling but like I am. Well anyway spoke to my Dr and have decided to add nicotine gum to my quitting journey just for the morning, car rides and when I get home from work. So my goal is no more than 4 pieces a day and I will cut one piece out per week so my long term goal is 4 weeks on the gum and 12 weeks on the patches.
Has anyone used more than on NRT at one time and what was the result?
