i just wanted to say i had an idea and it goes well instead of saying you are trying to quit, put in your head you already have quit?? something i thought of this morning. Another dont become have spare time gym jog work draw paint something diffrent! good luck:)

    Jawz if you've been around here for a while you would realise that a few of us do still stick our heads in now and then.
    I'm currently on clean day 777 after 53 years a smoker.

    Yup same here 387 days and going strong, still try and encourage those that's struggling a tad. Others helped me on my journey last year - trying to pay it forward

    congrats to both of you and thank you both for the support! im actually just not doing anything i dont need to do atm i dont work or anything i actually think that helps heaps just gym when i need to occupy myself and funny enough not watching the news or tv. to much negativity haha
