I had my last cigarette on Saturday Night, I have been smoking since I was 15, that is 30 years this year, how did I let that happen?
Anyway, I have been working up to this since January, I have stopped drinking for 12 weeks as this is my biggest trigger. My hubby gave up smoking 12 years ago but still drinks, so we made a deal. He will not have a drink until 14 May, if I dont have a ciggy till then. Great motivation for me as I am stubborn and competitive. I was going to give up from this week anyway, but If hubby isn't in the old routine that is sure to help me.
Well here I go on the roller coaster ride to good health......
