I go on smoke free outings. I have cut down dramatically in preparation for quitting. About six months ago my Husband and I had so many places for me that had become smoke free outings that I realised I only smoked at home. Therefore I needed to tackle my home life too. I delay my first cigarette. I have a two hour break each day. And I ease off in the evenings. I am down to seven a day. In fact, yesterday I only had six. Every cigerette I do not have is a good cigarette.
