Alrighty we all know how hard this one is. How often do you see people finish their meal and light up? It's almost as thought the meal isn't finished until that ciggie is smoked. A tip I learnt years ago is .. Vitamin C!! Have some slices of orange after your meal. Not only are they messy and sticky, meaning you will have to take more time to go wash your hands, but vitamin C can help kill cravings. YAY!
