I need a smoke

I have had a bad day.

All i can think about is having a smoke.

I am so close to blowing 50 days.

A good cry, a cup of tea and a smoke.

Tell me i am nuts please

    Hang in there. Think of the Govt. 60% increase in cig. tax , anything. I am 90 days today and I was having a red wine and would love a cig. to go with it but after all this work it is not worth it. Let me hear from you tomorrow about how well you are travelling.

    I seem to have found a really weak trigger point. I thought they were all done away with and i had discovered them all and beat them.

    But today i found a ripper and i am really trying to work thru it at the same time as working thru the emotions and events that triggered it. Very upsetting.

    I am still here Wart and thankyou for caring enough to be here and comment. I actually just took a 2mg valium and i intend to sleep this off :)

    Oh don't waste all your hard work, 50 days is great. Have your cry and a good sleep. All having a smoke would do is make you feel bad about yourself afterwards. Please please stay strong!

    Those triggers pop up when you least expect them to!
    If you smoke you'll feel like a failure - more emotions to work through!
    Get mad, scream and shout, cry if you want to - don't let nicotine have it's wicked way with you ;-)

    I survived hahahaha i made it thru that one and man was it a ripper.

    That was the lowest and the worst I have felt since i quit - i ended up taking the 2mg valium and i slept it off - i woke up the next day and was still so desperate but i got thru it

    You are doing great kiddo, please stay strong, you DON'T NEED a smoke, you need a friend to talk about bad day or good day. As the other said, if you give in, you will feel bad about yourself later, then it is a bad bad day.

    It is hard I know when you are upset, but just remember you are in control of your body now. Not your emotions or the cigs. Stay strong babe and don't let them win xx
