Day 14 smoke fee

Posted in Staying quit 03 Jul 2013

Hiya everyone, I made it to 2 weeks smoke free(thanks Champix). I truly never thought I would get this far. Every one tells me that after 2 weeks you might start feeling yuk, coughing up stuff and generally just feeling bad. Don't really care though, I'm feeling fitter than I have in years, my 14 yr old is impressed ,as is my husband and I have more money in my wallet. All positives.

Hey Moremoney, well done on two weeks , good stuff. You may not cough up anything at all. I did not cough anything up so you might not. I asked my doctor why did n't I cough up stuff by now. My doctor said that everyone is different, that when I get a bad winter cold I may get a few bad chest infections, for a while. Anyways's good for you on doing so well and wish you well on the rest of your journey.
