Ugh - yesterday was terrible. It was one of those days that I just felt like smoking more, so ended up smoking four, and then started two others, but they tasted gross so I put them out. Probably a good sign. Have started re-reading Alan Carr´s books. I have been finding it good just before I go to sleep, as it helps with the re-brainwashing! Also: Went around to a friends place for dinner and she is an inside smoker. Not only did I not smoke, but was feeling mildy sh*tty that she was stinking up my clothes and hair.
Today was better: 3, and then tried a fourth, but put it out. Looking forward to Tuesday (QUIT DAY!)
