Hi everybody!!!Well yes I have reached the week 1 milestone and strangely I feel like I did quit ages ago lol One thing to highlight: I am super proud of myself! I can fight the cravings even the stronger ones by just drinking water, thinking about me before and how bad I used to smell and also the day I decided to quit I had this bad nausea, almost vomited and couldn't stand the smell of others smoking next to me. So each time I feel like smoking, I remember this disgusting moment and then it's a big NO WAY for me lolAlso I have noticed that I look fresher, I sleep like a baby... Morning wake up feeling great!!So far so good!!! :)))I really love this support site... It's crazy how helpful it is to read about others' experiences. Your advices have helped me to reach my first week and I'm sure I'll never ever touch a cigarette again, and all this thank to your help!!! So thank you all for sharing your experiences and for advising me! You all rock!!For the newbie, seriously trust this site... It's made of gold!!!Good luck everyone and I'll keep updating you on my journey as ex smoker... The happiest one :))))
