leighdo13,hi,great to hear from you - you've been a bit quiet... Day 78 is fantastic, DON'T GIVE IN PLEASE, you will be so disappointed in yourself after such a strong effort. How about getting out for a bit, go for a walk, do some gardening, catch a movie with a friend, any activity that might release some of the work stress and thus hopefully the craving. You know in your heart you really don't want one ..I'll be thinking positive thoughts for you, and for me, and everyone else here waging the battle.
