The dreams about smoking have stopped.
A few months back I made a bad move career wise and that has added to my stress and tested my resolve to stay quit. There are no cravings but as I had learnt early in my quit, there is no letting your guard down.
Staying quit does become easier in that the habit goes away so does the addiction but that does not mean you can let your guard down. Trigger events can happen at any point.
Even so approaching 1400 days quit is a reason to celebrate and share my journey on this forum. I had lost the habit of visiting this forum regularly when the site was not accessible for a while from outside Australia.
Good to be back!
