Predominately Cold Turkey

I have been trying to quit now seriously for 2 years. Blew a 28 day quit on the eighth January, vowed I wouldn't use patches again, used them the first day to kick off my quit since then have been cold turkey, just using one or two lozenges at night when I relax, no major withdrawal symptoms, just working on the right mindset, 7 days quit this morning. Using the quit line and a quit smoking therapist to achieve my goals, which are to NOPE every day. Keeping physically fit and a good healthy diet. there's only one way and that is never take another puff

    When you think about it all we have to do is NOTHING and pay ourselves for doing so. Our bodies reward us with better sense of smell, lower blood pressure, more stamina and boosts our self ego and confidence. We can be proud of our achievement and tend to take care of our bodies in return. The dollars provide better choices in food and joining a gym, a tennis club and the like. Be proud. Be Free!
