I have been trying to quit now seriously for 2 years. Blew a 28 day quit on the eighth January, vowed I wouldn't use patches again, used them the first day to kick off my quit since then have been cold turkey, just using one or two lozenges at night when I relax, no major withdrawal symptoms, just working on the right mindset, 7 days quit this morning. Using the quit line and a quit smoking therapist to achieve my goals, which are to NOPE every day. Keeping physically fit and a good healthy diet. there's only one way and that is never take another puff
