I felt I had to post today because today I had a super strong craving, wanting to go get some smokes and smoke the whole packet.
I feel if I can’t be honest about smoking here it’s not going to help me or others.
Anyway, certain things trigger me and awareness about these helps a lot. Also I’m going to write down on a card why I decided to stop and study it when I crave. It might take me a good year altogether to stop wanting to smoke but I’m a third the way there now and I’m not going to blow it by caving into a whim.
