I don't have any hints or tips. It's a stressful day today, and I keep thinking I want a cigarette to help me concentrate. I'm trying to remember Allan Carr's words: those are just mind games. I'm walking around the house taking long steps reminding myself that I'm not coughing, my lungs are getting clean and I really really do enjoy NOT SMOKING and that I will feel terrible if I smoke, so I will just keep reminding myself how great it is to be smoke free! No hiding; no lying; no coughing, no wheezing; no stinky clothes; just clean clean air.

Stressful days come and go but the longer we abstain the easier it gets. Stay strong. You can.

I am so proud of myself today. I just ignored those cravings. Everytime I felt them I got up from my desk and walked the ten steps to to my bedroom and back. I did this ten times each time I felt the cravings. 100 steps to overcome the cravings. Today they are not that bad, but then I have to remind myself that I was 7 months without a cigarette.
