Smoking makes my mental health worse. Also the money i spend just adds to stresses

    Hi Soph87, it is great that you recognise these things about smoking. It doesn’t relieve stress...it creates it. With the huge prices in cigarettes now I am surprised that anyone can afford to smoke anymore. Take it one day at a time, if you slip, try again. It isn’t hard to quit if you are 100% committed. Stay strong and focused on your goal. If we can do it...so can you.

    It took me and many others a few attempts to make the Quit final and permanent, but once you make the switch to thinking like a non=smoker it is much less stressful!
    It's pretty good to be free'd of addiction/

    It’s so true that it adds to stress, think of the money issues and health problems.
