No more smoking

Been 10 months no more smokes it definitely a mind game but once you overcome the mind games it's quite easy to say stop I want to quit..

    It is always easier to do something that you look forward to rather than to dread doing it. That is partly why it is such a mind game. It gets easier when you realize that smoking does NOTHING for you. Why would you want to burn your money when the money saved can buy a longer and better life? Why feel ashamed when you can be proud and confident? Why go around smelling like an ashtray when you have the keys to escape the viscous cycle of addiction? Yes, you are an addict.....thankfully legal.
