My number ONE tool to this quitting business is NEVER give up on becoming/being a nonsmoker. My mind is blown. What freedom there is to be had in becoming and being a nonsmoker. IF you are not quite there yet than remain here and you will get there. Choke the smokes, kick em to the kirb and stomp on them while there down. The filthy stinkin rotten mongrel things aint ever coming back into my life ever again. I am free ❤️🙏❤️

Oh Jess, congratulations 12 weeks is awesome, I cannot wait to get to 12 weeks, awesome milestone.

On a side note you have to love that spare money now, so many options to spend it more wisely or to save it👍 You are rock solid, loving the committment👌🙌

Your cooking now Jess. Plenty of determination and venom in your superlatives.
I like "choke the smokes", because they chocked me for far too many years.

We should take it one day at a time of coarse, though there's no harm in looking ahead at clocking up your 100 (not out)
    Congratulations and well played,.

Thankyou nope-2021 you just keep doing what you're doing and keep moving forward with us and you will get to 12 weeks smokefree too🙏❤️ thankyou LeeAnn and I can't wait for you to get to 12 weeks too 🙏❤️ and yes it is crazy awesome the extra money I now have it is like it's raining money. It's crazy bad the money I use to pump into the tobacco companies they had a direct line to my purse. Thank God that line has been cut off to them. 😊 Thankyou PuffNoMore you never fail in putting a smile on my face 😊 🏏

Great gutsy post Jess, put the blame on that cigarette, kick it into the gutter was one of my favourite choice of words at the beginning.

You are so right, the tobacco companies do not like us so much now, and the portion that you give to the government is so pointless. The cigarette is a drug and addictive at that. NOPE (not one puff ever) and well done for 12 weeks
