I still experience headaches, brain fog, slightly elevated heart rate, decreased appetite, anxiety and mild panic attacks. No cravings! Whenever I feel/experience any of the above, I always tell myself "This is for me and the people around me. I'm not caving in!" Anyone still having these withdrawals as me?

Sounds like you are doing quite well Eyah. Did you go cold turkey then?
If the nicotine is out of your system after 33 days, you are still dealing with the psychological aspects of the quit. The duration and discomforts vary with individuals i expect. ( from what others write). I felt the disorientation and lightheadedness for the 3 days that i was ridding of the nicotine, but I had a very easy quit with barely if even noticeable effect. after 3 days. The proper mindset is of significant aid in this matter. You will get there too, and as you noted, it is so worth if!

Keep focusing on the positive. Embrace the life of a non-smoker. In time you will feel comfortable in your own skin again. Like anything new, it takes some time to adjust.

Thank you Happiness! Yes, I did cold turkey. Good thing is the withdrawal symptoms subsides. It is more severe on my 2nd and 3rd week. I guess this is the price to pay for almost 20 years of smoking. And this is for the better! I'm just keeping focus and always think of my goal!

Hi there Eyah sounds like you are doing fantastically 👍 I too have gone cold turkey and am about 9 and a half weeks smoke free. I am still experiencing anxiety and can also cry pretty easy however the crying fortunately happens at appropriate times. The anxiety is continually reducing and if this is all I have to go through to be and remain smoke free than I'm all in. I know it will only be a matter of time that one day I will wake up and see the anxiety has gone and I remained smoke free. Being smoke free is a huge gift and I love it ❤️
