If you want to beat the cravings

Avoid the caffeinated drinks and the fast food. Drink water. And for me, it is important to stop eating foods at all because it all makes it worse. I don't mean that as it sounds....try not to snack on anything. I learned that.

    Oh dear. Maybe that is my flaw. 3 months off, weaned off Champix & 7 days later, withdrawals like I've just quit. I have been eating all day every day for the past 3 weeks. The more I pick & eat, the more intense the withdrawal through my tummy. The hunger is like I'm possessed. Almost as if I'm smoking the food. Bad food. Chocolate, crisps, Cherry ripes, jaffa cakes. It's frightening.
