Days smoke free

Posted in Quit experiences 21 Jul 2021

Hi everyone

9 days smoke free now.

I have been using patches and they started to leave really red marks on my legs so I am now on a different patch to see if it will make a difference

Still going strong. ✅😁😁

I will not smoke with you today.

Keep going Gemma, keep reading, keep on with your smoke free life, it is worth it in the end. NOPE (not one puff ever)

    good gemma.
stay away from the smoking yourself.
Allow yourself to sniff some smoke from others smokes'
    But please dont smoke yourself!
Its the only way to go.
How do ya' think I got FREE?
Sometimes a little sniff from others smoke is enough for me.
I drew the line in my decision almost 18 month's ago and believe me, its the best decision i have ever made.
