WOW. This is awesomely totally AMAZING. Today is 6 weeks smoke free cold turkey π I haven't found the urge to want a cigarette be any kind of issue however I have found I went through a fairly tough period with high anxiety with mild depression. I turned a corner with it a day or two agoπ€I knew in myself that no matter what I go through I would and will not have one puff of a cigarette. From pass experience I know that the anxiety does eventually leave ( sometimes I need support with that) and when it does so long as I haven't picked up a cigarette I will still be a non smoker and the leaving of the anxiety patch. Thank you to all who encourage me by leaving comments on my stories you all make me feel supported and part ofβ€οΈand thank you to all who share there stories you all help in keeping me going along this beautiful path of FREEDOM FROM THE NICOTINE MONSTER ππβ€οΈ have a magical smoke free Sunday everyone and those who are still smoking and doing there best to quit take our hands and stick with us πβ€οΈπ

Well done Jess. I am on day 15 today and your stories always lift me up so thank you. Keep up the positivity. π

I am so happy for you. Life certainly is much better as a non-smoker, and we can all quit smoking when we make up our minds to.
