Asalaam O Alaikum everyone, I have successfully complete 9 months as non-smoker.
Good time and bad time is a part of life, Smoking in bad time is just like, you see an alligator and close your eyes, and think that you are safe.
I would like to suggest following things to get rid of stress.
- Dont lie to others for your benefits, always speak truth. One day, you will get better than what you lost.
- Give up alcohol. It is mother of all sins.
- Help poor needy people. I suggest to give out 5% money out of your profit or salary to the needy people (You may find such people around you). I promise, your income will increase in months and your heart will be satisfied.
- There are many diseases in heart, that is why you feel stress, Heart diseases are (Slander, Hatred, jealousy, fear, and few others)
Medicines cant wok on these diseases. what is need is (Zikr Allah) to clean and brighten your heart. It is key of stress free life. May Allah Bless all brothers and sisters.
