Hi Y'All! Just wanted to check in. Today is my day 26 and I do feel like a different person not smoking. I still think about it but it's easier to get the thought out of my head whereas before in the earlier days or previous quit attempts I would obsess about it until I finally just went and bought that pack or smoked that smoke. Knowing I have that pack in my kitchen drawer eases the cravings and makes me realized who's in control. ME! I'm doing well because I actually BELIEVE I will be successful that I am doing it and will continue to do so. Hope this helps anyone who is struggling. Don't look back look ahead to a new healthy, confident, glowing YOU!
