First, i want to say Hello to everyone in here. Now i’m willing to share my strategy which is i using at the moment to beating of craving or to calm my feeling down.

i use smartphone and i decided to write down words ‘ No More Drug, Happy Family’ and i took picture and i set up in my lock screen. and i set up my beautiful family picture ( me, wife, daughter, son, daughter) in my home screen. so everytime when i use phone so it reminds me the same. this one can help me alot .

    Fifty days smoke free. I was a 40 a day smoker. So if I can dot anyone can. Just do it.
