4 oclock syndrome

i am finding it hard at 4pm. i don't feel like a cigerette all day but at 4pm i start craving one. it goes about 8pm and i am fine again. between that time if i get stressed i teally struggle.

    Hi that's my worst time too! I've found keeping busy helps - cooking; baking going outside and playning; going for a run; reading - anything to keep me physically busy
